RYE sourdough (water, wholegrain RYE groats), WHEAT flour, wholegrain RYE (flour, malt), water, potato flakes, yeast, WHEAT GLUTEN, syrup, iodised salt, flour treatment agent (E300). 62% of cereal based raw material is wholegrain rye (Finland) and product contains 41% wholegrain rye.

Preparation Instructions
Thaw at room temperature for 1-2 h or overnight in the fridge.
