RYE sourdough (water, wholegrain RYE groats 18%), WHEAT flour, wholegrain OAT flour 24%, potato flakes, yeast, syrup, WHEAT GLUTEN, rapeseed oil, water, wholegrain RYE malt 1%, iodised salt, flour treatment agent (E300). 61% of cereal based raw material is wholegrain (Finland) and 39% by weight of bread.
