RYE sour dough (water, wholegrain RYE grits 19%), wholegrain RYE 30% (flour, malt), WHEAT flour, water, potato flakes, yeast, WHEAT GLUTEN, iodised salt, flour treatment agent (E300). 71% of cereal based raw material is wholegrain rye (Finland) and 49% by weight of bread.

Preparation Instructions
Thaw at room temperature for 1-2 h or overnight in the fridge. You can also bake at 180°C for 2-3 min.
