Each sales unit contains 20 x 2-slice packs (85 g) of genuine sourdough dark bread to satisfy a craving for rye, and 20 x 2-slice packs (85 g) of sweet, rich archipelago-style bread. Both varieties are potato-free and high in fibre.

Island bread: Water, whole grain rice flour, teff flour, lingonberry jam ((lingonberry 41%, sugar, gelling agents (E1442, E440), acidity regulators (E330, E333, E509), preservative (E202)), buckwheat flour, flax meal, tapioca starch, bamboo fiber, thickener ( E415 ), salt (1%), sugar beet fiber, yeast.
Preparation Instructions
Thaw at room temperature or in the microwave.
Thaw the product as needed, preferably at room temperature. Serve carefully and lightly warmed, then the product is most delicious. Thaw/heat in the microwave in its slightly opened packaging just before serving for approx. 30 seconds. The packaging bag is not oven-safe. The product thawed at room temperature or refrigerated will keep for 2 days.
Consumer Storage Instructions
Frozen product, stored at -18°C or below. Thawed product must not be refrozen.
