The secret of the bread's structure lies in the wheat flour and baking method. Pre-sliced and halved into 9 x 18 cm portions. The slice size is ideal for display cabinets and take-away servings. Packed in bags of 6 pieces, with a total of 6 bags (36 bread slices) per sales batch.

WHEAT flour type "0", water, natural sourdough in dry powder form from WHEAT flour type "0", iodised salt, extra virgin olive oil, dry yeast, flour treatment agent, (E300). May contain traces of SESAME SEEDS, SOYBEANS, MUSTARD, MILK and EGGS. Strong salty.

Preparation Instructions
It is recommended to bake the bread at 250-270°C for approx. 3-5 minutes di-rectly from frost or thawed, and then fill in the desired filling. Can either be served directly after heating or stored in the fridge, after which it is recom-mended that the sandwich be reheated before serving.
Take the bread straight from the freezer and bake in a preheated oven at 250-270°C for 3-5 minutes. Fill as desired. Times and temperatures may vary depending on your oven.
Consumer Storage Instructions
Deep frozen -18°C or less. After thawing, the product must be used within 72 hours and stored in refrigerator at max +5°C. Must not be re-freezed.
