OSCAR® Beef Bouillon granules are very tasty and strong. You can start with the beef bouilon or taste the dish with it at the end. Use it e.g. when braising meat or cooking a stew, as a seasoning in mince dishes or when you are cooking/poaching. Bucket with 4 kg of dehydrated bouillon makes 204 litres of stock.

Ingredient Statement

Dried glucose syrup, salt, flavourings, 3.4 % beef fat, 2.7 % beef extract, onion extract, sugar, pepper extract, caramelised sugar, maltodextrin.

Preparation Instructions

Dosage approx. 20 g granulate per litre water. Add boiling water or directly into the dish while heating.

Dissolve the granulate in boiling water or add it directly to the dish, when used for flavoring.
