OSCAR® Chicken Bouillon granules Low salt has a mild and genuine taste of chicken, which works well in light dishes with poultry, and as a base in e.g. polenta. The Chicken Bouillon can also be used as a seasoning for vegetables, potatoes and poultry before cooking. You can make lots of different barbecue rubs with Chicken Bouillon granules as a base. When you cook hens/chicken, you can add chicken stock to preserve as much juice and flavor as possible. Bucket with 4 kg of dehydrated bouillon makes 504 litres of stock.

Ingredient Statement

Dried glucose syrup, salt, flavourings, chicken fat 3.8%, chicken skin and meat powder 1.8%, acid (citric acid, lactic acid), spices (white pepper, turmeric), lovage.

Preparation Instructions

Dosage approx. 8 g granulate per litre water. Add boiling water or directly into the dish while heating.

Dissolve the granulate in boiling water or add it directly to the dish, when used for flavoring.
