OSCAR® Chicken Bouillon Granulate Organic is a mild chicken bouillon with a good taste of onions. OSCAR® Chicken Bouillon Organic does well in a fricassee or as a base for other light sauces, such as Sauce Velouté or Sauce Blanquette. You can make a spice mixture with salt, chicken bouillon granulate and spices of your choice, to season e.g. chicken breast or potatoes before baking in the oven or frying on the grill. Bucket with 4 kg of granulates, gives up to 575 liters of bouillon.

Preparation Instructions
Dosage approx. 20 g granulate per litre water. Low salt: 7 g per litre water. Add to boiling water or directly into the dish while heating.
Dissolve the granulate in boiling water or add it directly to the dish, when used for flavoring.
Consumer Storage Instructions
Store in a cool, dry place.
