Use it in your soups and sauces, e.g. in a classic blanquette sauce, or for your cooked dishes such as chicken fricassee. You can use OSCAR® Chicken Fond Concentrate Organic directly in the cold kitchen, e.g. in a chicken salad, or in a classic curry dressing for a Club Sandwich. Bottle with 1 l concentrate, gives up to 51 l stock.

Chicken fond* 70% (water, chicken powder* (machine seperated meat), concentrated chicken fond*), salt, suger*, maltodextrin*, starch*, natural chicken flavourings, yeast extract*, thickening agent (xanthan gum). *Organic.
Preparation Instructions
Dosage: 20-30 ml per l boiling water. Can be used in hot and cold application. Add directly to dish.
