Preparation Instructions

Bring the package to room temperature 30 min before cooking. Fry the cutlets in a hot frying pan with a drop of oil, first with the skin facing down, and then on the other side for 15-20 minutes. They can also be cooked in the oven at 220 °C for about 15 minutes.
