Preparation Instructions

Preparation: Mix the starch with a small amount of cold liquid. When the temperature of the soup/sauce is atleast 95 degrees, add the thickener while stirring. Boil for 4 minutes and quickly cool to about 70 degrees, otherwise the starch is still active. Dosage: Dosage recommendation / 1 liter Soups: 28-32 g Sauces: 38-42 g Fruit soup with berries: 20-22 g Fruit soup with juice: 28-30 g Fruit sauce with berries: 32-24 g Thick fruit sauce with berries: 38-40 g.
