Individually packaged gluten-free, high-fiber and yeast-free bun. The uncut bun is baked in Finland and is suitable both as a filling display and as a breakfast product.
Ingredient Statement
Water, buckwheat, corn and whole grain rice flour, flax meal, corn and tapioca starch, bamboo fiber, potato fiber, salt (1.2%), thickener (E 415), raising agent (E450, E464), psyllium, vegetable protein (pea), emulsifier (E471).
Preparation Instructions
Thaw at room temperature or in the microwave.
Defrost at room temperature. Serve lightly warmed. The packaging bag is not oven proof. The defrosted product can be stored for 2 days at room temperature.
Consumer Storage Instructions
Frozen product, stored at -18°C or below. Thawed product must not be refrozen.
