OSCAR® Demi Glace concentrate is a powerful and flavorful concentrate that makes a great base for your sauces. Demi Glace is easy to work with when making red wine sauce or a sauce for steak or pot roast. OSCAR® Demi Glace can be combined with other of our concentrates or our Premium series. A bottle of 1 l concentrate makes 11 l stock.
Ingredient Statement
Water, glucose syrup, flavourings, salt, sugar, caramelised sugar, tomato powder, maltodextrin, modified starch, onion powder, spices (with MUSTARD, CELERY SEEDS), garlic powder, acid (lactic acid, calcuim lactate).

Preparation Instructions
Dosage: 100 ml per l boiling water. Add directly to dish.
Shake before use. Add directly to dish. Can be used in hot and cold application.
