Vaasan Possumunkki is a classic shaped sugared donut treat filled with sweet apple jam. This product is baked in the Lantmännen Unibake's bakery in Joutseno, Lappeenranta.
Ingredient Statement
WHEAT flour, palm oil, water, sugar, apple 6%, vegetable oil and fat (palm, rapeseed), EGG, yeast, salt, WHEAT GLUTEN, modified corn starch, cardamom, emulsifiers (E471, E481, E472e), glucose, stabilizer (E466), flavours, flour treatment agent (E300). May contain traces of milk, soya. Product contains apple filling 14,5% (Finland).

Preparation Instructions
Thaw at room temperature for 30 min or overnight in fridge. Warm in 180°C for 2-3 min (can also been warmed up in microwave oven). Decorate with sugar and let the doughnuts cool down 10 min before serving.
Consumer Storage Instructions
Frozen. Storage at -18°C or colder. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
