Vaasan Mustikkatassu is a donut with blueberry jam. It looks like a bear's paw. Baked in Joutseno, Lappeenranta.

WHEAT flour, palm oil, water, sugar, blueberry 5,5%, EGG, yeast, rapeseed oil, salt, cardamom, modified corn starch, WHEAT GLUTEN, emulsifiers (E471, E472e, E481), glucose, thickener (E466), flavours, flour treatment agent (E300). May contain traces of milk, soya. Product contains bluberry filling 14% (Finland).

Preparation Instructions
Thaw at room temperature for 30 min or overnight in a fridge. Warm in 180°C for 2-3 min (can also been warmed up in a microwave oven). Decorate with sugar and let the doughnuts cool down 10 min before serving.
Consumer Storage Instructions
Frozen. Storage at -18°C or colder. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
