SAITHE fillet (FISH, 60%), cut from saithe fish block (Pollachius virens, caught in the Northeast Atlantic FAO 27: Barents Sea, Norwegian Sea, Svalbard and Bear Island, Iceland and Faroes Grounds). Gluten-free coating 40%: water, rice flour, maize flour, rapeseed oil, modified starch, maize starch, salt, bouillon (natural flavouring, maltodextrin, salt, carrot powder, rapeseed oil), maize dextrose, vegetable fibre, raising agents (E450, E500), stabiliser (E461). Pre-fried in rapeseed oil.

Preparation Instructions
Cooking directly from the freezer. Preheat oven to 220 degrees. Arrange the fish on a baking tray and bake for about 10-12 minutes.
