OSCAR® Fish Bouillon granules have a mild and nice authentic taste of fish that works very well in, for example, a bouillabaisse. Feel free to use the granules when poaching or cooking something, so that you preserve as much juice and flavor as possible. You can advantageously make a rub with the granules, when, for example, you are going to smoke or grill fish. Bucket with 4 kg of dehydrated bouillon makes 204 litres of stock.

Dried glucose syrup, salt, FISH powder 6.5%, flavourings (with FISH), palm fat, PRAWN powder 1.6% (CRUSTACEAN), sugar, onion powder, MUSSEL extract (MOLLUSCS, CRUSTECEANS, FISH), acids (citric acid, lactic acid), spices (white pepper, turmeric), caramelised sugar, maltodextrin.

Preparation Instructions
Dosage approx. 20 g granulate per litre water. Add boiling water or directly into the dish while heating.
Dissolve the granulate in boiling water or add it directly to the dish, when used for flavoring.
