Vaasan Sydänmunkki is a lovely heart shaped sugared donut with a sweet raspberry and apple jam filling.

WHEAT flour, vegetable oil (palm), water, sugar, EGG, raspberry 2%, vegetable oil and fat (palm, rapeseed), yeast, apple 1%, salt, cardamom, emulsifiers (E471, E472e, E481), glucose, thickener (E466), colour (E160a), flavours, flour treatment agent (E300). May contain traces of milk, soya. Product contains raspberry apple filling 11% (Finland).

Preparation Instructions
Thaw at room temperature for 30 min or overnight in a fridge. Warm in 180°C for 2-3 min (can also been warmed up in a microwave oven). Decorate with sugar and let the doughnuts cool down 10 min before serving.
