Ingredient Statement
Mashed potato 75% (fresh potato 27% of gross weight, water, potato starch 13,5% of gross weight, potato flakes 8% of gross weight), corn flour, corn starch, rice flour, salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid, preservative: potassium sorbate.
Preparation Instructions
Add gnocchi to a kettle of boiling, salted water, 5 litres of water for 500g gnocchi. Strain gnocchi as soon as they surface and serve. Cooking time ap 2min.
Consumer Storage Instructions
Storin a cool dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated (+4°C) and use within 3 days.
