MUU Juicy Burger Patty is, just as the name suggests, JUI-CY. Made from pea protein, it is perfect not only for burgers but also for cooking.
Ingredient Statement
Water, pea protein 15% (EU), rapeseed oil, colourings (beetroot powder, caramel colour), thickener (methylcellulose), potato starch, spices (e.g. smoked paprika, onion, black pepper, chili), dried glucose syrup, salt, preservative (potassium sorbate), flavours.
Preparation Instructions
Cook the thawed patties on a pan on medium-high heat for approx. 3 min per side, until the surface is caramelized. Alternatively, cook frozen patties in a deep fryer (170 °C) for 4 min or until the internal temperature of the patty is 75 degrees.
Consumer Storage Instructions
Store frozen below -18 °C. The thawed product can be stored in the refrigerator for 4 days. Do not refreezen.
