Vaasan Kiviarina Siemensämpylä is a bread roll with beautiful crust and is decorated with sunflower and poppy seeds. The roll is baked in a stone oven and made with sourdough for an authentic taste.

WHEAT flour, water, sunflower seeds 5%, poppy seeds 3%, yeast, salt (iodine), rapseed oil, flour treatment agent (E300). The product contains 15% sourdough. May contain traces of egg, soy, milk, hazel nuts, almond, walnuts, sesame seeds. Extra salted.

Preparation Instructions
Thaw at room temperature 1 h or over night in fridge. Bake for 4-6 min at 190°C. Steam can be used in the beginning of baking.
