OSCAR® Langoustine Fond concetrate have a characteristic taste of langoustine. It is a good base for various seafood dishes, including lobster soup, biscuits, sauce or in e.g. a seafood risotto. A bottle with 1 l of concentrate provides up to 51 l of fond.
