Preparation Instructions
Preparation 1. Pour cold milk or water into a bowl and add the powder. 2. Mix with a blender at the lowest speed until the powder is evenly mixed with the liquid. 3. Mix at highest speed for about 10 min. until the mousse is fluffy. NOTE! You get the fluffiest end result when the liquid is 1/4 of the bowl volume at the beginning. 4. Portion and cool for about 30 min. before serving.
