1. Oven: Pre-heat to 180° Celsius. Than put the frozen Rösti in for 14-16 minutes. 2. Pan: Heat the defrosted Rösti with 3/4 heat each side 3 minutes without fat, frosted Rösti with 1/2 heat each side 5 minutes.
