And you don't have to be vegan to get excited about this pistachio ice cream. The story of Jymy began in 2014. From the very beginning, the vision was to make the best possible ice cream - and the key values are still the deliciousness, purity, genuine flavours, Finnish origin and responsibility. We prepare everything we can ourselves: jams and sauces are boiled, pieces of dough are baked, butter is browned and caramel sauce is heated in the kitchen of our own small factory. Ingredient Statement
Fava bean base (water, fava bean protein, pea protein), sugar, glucose syrup, roasted PISTACHIO (9%), coconut oil, salt, emulsifier (mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids), thickener (locust bean gum, guar gum). Product is pasteurized.
