Vaasan Vaniljamunkki is a rectangular donut with a delicious vanilla filling. Baked in Lantmännen Unibake's bakery in Joutseno, Lappeenranta.

Ingredient Statement

WHEAT flour, water, palm oil, sugar, vegetable oil and fat (palm, rapeseed), EGG, yeast, modified potato and corn starch, salt, WHEAT GLUTEN, cardamom, emulsifiers (E471, E481, E472e), glucose, stabilizer (E466), sunflower oil, flavours (vanilla), flour treatment agent (E300). May contain traces of milk, soya.

Preparation Instructions

Thaw at room temperature for 30 min or overnight in a fridge. Warm in 180°C for 2-3 min (can also been warmed up in a microwave oven). Decorate with sugar and let the doughnuts cool down 10 min before serving.
