Vaasan Vehnäpulla is a small wheat bun for baking different kinds of sweet buns, for example the Shrovetide bun with pearl sugar. The bun is proven and baked in the shop.

WHEAT flour (WHEAT: EU), water, sugar, vegetable fat and oil (palm, rapeseed), yeast, WHEAT gluten, emulsifiers (E471, E472e), salt, cardamom, flavoring, flour treatment agent (E300). May contain traces of walnut, milk.

Preparation Instructions

Thaw at room temperature for 1 h or overnight in the fridge. Place the products in proofing cabinet for 30 min (37-39 °C, r.H. 75-85 %). Bake at 180 °C for 12-15 min.

Consumer Storage Instructions

Frozen. Storage at -18°C or colder. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
