Vaasan Alppileipä is a wheat and oat bread baked with sunflower and flax seeds. Baked in Lantmännen Unibake's bakery in Joutseno, Lappeenranta.

WHEAT flour (WHEAT: Finland), water, sunflower and linseed 6,5%, whole grain OAT flakes, yeast, rapeseed oil, WHEAT fiber, iodised salt, flour treatment agent (E300). May contain traces of egg, milk.

Preparation Instructions

Thaw at room temperature for 1 h or overnight in the fridge. Bake at 190°C for 8-10 min. Steam can be used in the beginning of baking.

Frozen. Storage at -18° or under. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
