Ingredient Statement
Modified starch, sunflower oil, glucose syrup, salt, maltodextrin, fructose, thickener (guar gum, xanthan gum), onion powder, parsley root, turmeric, flavourings, bay leaf. The salt content of the finished sauce is 0.5%.
Preparation Instructions
Cold preparation: Mix the dry ingredients with cold water and mix in a blender until smooth. Let it swell for 3-5 minutes and mix again. The finished sauce/soup can be en stored cold below +3 °C for 72 hours. The sauce/soup must be heated to at least +72 °C before serving. Preparation for immediate serving: Mix the dry ingredients with cold or hot water and bring to a boil. Dosage: Powder sauce 80 g Water 1 l ------- Powder soup 65 g Water 1 l.
